In an effort to help protect the income of our stylists we ask for as much time as possible when cancelling/rescheduling so that we have the ability to fill your spot. Less than 24 hour notification of a change or cancellation, creates a last minute gap that is difficult for us to re-fill, given we are primarily an appointment-based business. For this reason, any cancellations or changes within this 24 hour time period will incur a fee of 50% of the services booked, charged to your credit card on file. No Call/No Show or arriving late so we cannot provide the service during your reserved time will result in a 100% charge as we are no longer able to fill your spot. Any unpaid late cancellation/no show fees will result in us no longer booking future appointments. We require a signature of acknowledgement to secure your appointment. You only need to sign once.
